About the organisation.

The Business & Management Training Academy was born out of the realisation that a gap exists in the market for a private college that guarantees excellence, integrity and clear career progression into further and higher education at an affordable cost for mature international students recruited into the British Education system. We recognise that a large number of these students are serious potential leaders and business people in their own countries, who wish to go back home and make a meaningful contribution to their economies. 

We therefore strive to maintain a simple, yet effective structure that promotes access for all our learners to a team of well qualified and dedicated tutors. Our tutors will be challenged to pursue research, and prepare and present papers that make a contribution to the education and training of managers and business leaders. We shall also maintain a database of and contacts with, trainers, training institutions and experts in various areas of  business whom we shall call on to offer specialised training and advise to those of our learners who may need it.

Our passion for excellence means that we not only accept, but celebrate the diversity in our prospective learners, whom we treat with the hospitality, respect and recognition that they deserve. Our emphasis in this theme is progression into their chosen careers, or further education for all our learners.

In pursuit of these standards, we offer career and educational progression guidance to all our learners, and are committed to researching opportunities for the employment of our learners and maintaining effective contacts with potential future employers for our learners.

In this respect, we are also a resource for the training and learning of people in employment and those who are looking for retraining in order to return to work or for career change.

We are currently mobilising resources that will allow us to offer our promise, and aim to be fully functional, with all the accreditations by January 2011.

Our chosen location of the town of Bedford was home to one of the great writers and is typical of the cultural richness that we promote and aspire for.
